Capital letters need the Shift key. The trick is to use the little finger of the hand that is not typing the letter.
If the letter is typed by your left hand, hold Shift with your right little finger, and the other way round. Press Shift, press the letter, then let go of both.
The practice text in this lesson has names and capitalised words. Take your time: the Shift key works best when it is pressed a moment before the letter and released a moment after it.
Watch for this: Using the same little finger for Shift and the letter on the same side. It is slow and awkward, and it makes mistakes.
Type the practice text above at 18 WPM or faster with 90% accuracy or better. When you reach it, the page tells you and the lessons page puts a tick next to this lesson. If you miss it, try again a little slower. A clean run beats a fast one.
