Typing speed leaderboard

How the leaderboard works
The leaderboard opens on the overview: every player appears once, with their best result in any test and language. Use the filters to narrow it down by test type, length (15 seconds to 100 words) and language, and look at today, this week or all time. Every player still appears once on each board. Only tests without punctuation or numbers count, and the accuracy has to be at least 90%, so scores are fair to compare. Results from logged-in players are checked against the clock when they are saved.
Get on the board
Create a free account, then take any standard test: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes, or 10, 25, 50 or 100 words. Your best result is saved to your profile, and you will see your rank right on the result screen. Want to know where you stand against everyone? See the average typing speed and how to type faster.
Questions
How do I get on the typing leaderboard?
Create a free account, log in, and take a standard test. Your best result for each test length is ranked automatically.
Which tests count?
Time tests of 15, 30, 60 and 120 seconds, and word tests of 10, 25, 50 and 100 words, without punctuation or numbers and with at least 90% accuracy.
Why is my result not on the board?
Results with punctuation or numbers, with accuracy under 90%, or that are extremely fast and waiting for a check are saved to your profile but not ranked.
Is there a leaderboard for other languages?
Yes. Pick a language above the table. Chinese, Japanese and Korean are counted in characters per minute.
